JUNE!!!!!!!!!!

Well, June isn't even over and wow there is so much that has already happened.  To start off, over the Memorial weekend we went camping with my parents and brother and sister.  It was really fun.  I could have handled it being a little warmer and if I had to change anything I would have not gotten the flu on the last day we were there.  But it all worked out.  Here are some cute pictures that we took before camping and then there are a million pictures from all the other events that have happened so far in June.  And there is still more to come!!!!
Carter is enjoying the new couch.  He keeps changing the pillows to have the design on the outside.  I think he does it just to drive me crazy.

FISHERMAN'S BREAKFAST!!!
It was really fun going to Fisherman's Breakfast again this year.  Of course it was cold and raining, then again it is always cold and raining at Fisherman's Breakfast.
There was a slide there that was unbelievably tall and of course Macie could care less.  She was up to the top before I even knew that she was gone.
Carter loved the slide too.
SCARY!!!  He and Macie kept going down head first.  I about had a panic attack every time.

MEMORIAL WEEKEND CAMPING!!!
These two love camping so much.  And I love having a trailer.  Cute Kids!
SILLY!!!
We went to Henry's Lake on opening day and caught a bunch of fish.  Even Macie caught her very first fish on her very own pole.  She was so excited only I don't think she knew why she was so excited.  Daddy had a great time helping his little girl reel the fish in.
Good Job Macie!!!  2lb Fish
Two CRAZY kids taking off.  I am not really sure how safe that was but they were both wearing helmets and going really slow.  And my brother had a remote that killed the engine if they got too out of control.
Carter was able to ride it all by himself.  He did really good.
So we were having a nice camp fire and all of a sudden this started happening.  We couldn't believe it.  It has always been cold on Memorial weekend and it usually rains but this is a first for SNOW!
Our little family caught a total of five fish.  There are only three in this picture.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TIFFANY!!!
This couldn't have happened to a better person.  Love you Tiff!
After we went to lunch we all went bowling.  Macie and Carter had a blast.  Macie out bowled her Grandma "T" twice.
Carter got so many strikes, I don't think I want to play with him anymore.

T-BALL!!!
Carter's first game.  He was so excited.  I don't really think he had a clue as to what he was about to do.  He had fun anyways.
Nice hit!   RUN!!!!
He is improving on his running and he finally understands that as soon as he hits the ball he is supposed to drop the bat and run.
Playing 1st base like his "Old Man"
Good team work!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GREAT GRANDMA HORKLEY!!!
She sure does love the great-grand kids.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDPA PAT!!!
This is the 4th birthday of the month.  Talk about being broke.  This picture and the next is of the same thing.  My dad has found really a lot of robin eggs this year.  This one was just lying on the grass and so he brought it in to show all of the grand kids.  They broke it open and he told them about how the yolk turns into a baby bird.
Macie had to sit right next to grandpa to watch him open his presents.  She loves her grandpa.
Dad just loves having all the grand kids together.
Cute picture of Macie!
Happy 59th Birthday Dad!

BINK-A-BOO BROKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well the time has come to have the Bink-A-Boo break.  My little girl is growing up so fast.  Man was she attached to that thing.  She didn't understand at first and she was really sad.  She kept asking me to go and get her a new one at the store.  She still wanted all of her bink-a-boos so I put them in a baggie and she carried it around with her for a couple of days.  These pictures are of the day that they broke.  She ended up falling asleep with them right by her mouth.  It was so sad and cute all at the same time.  She is doing really good now without one.  She does still ask for it occasionally but for the most part she is over it.

TRAIN RIDE!!!
We got to take the kids on a train ride this last week.  It was really fun.  Carter is always talking about going on a train ride like the Dinosaur Train.  My mom and dad read in the paper that they were giving away free train rides.  So my dad went to the place and stood in line forever to get enough for the whole family and he did.
Dave was able to come too.  I was so excited that he could enjoy this time with the kids.  Sometimes work just isn't as important.
Macie was a little nervous at first because the train was so big but when she realized that it wasn't going to do anything she started having a lot of fun.  We were all in the same car so the kids just ran back and forth between the seats.  This was also a great learning experience for the kids to learn about trains and tracks.  They had a video and a book for each kid about train safety.
Three kids having fun!
Grandma and Grandpa enjoying the grand kids!
A great family photo opportunity!
This turned out really cute too.
This picture is my favorite!
Grandma and Grandpa treated everyone to a Hot Fudge Sundaes after the train ride.
Two best friends sharing a table
Two more best friends sharing another table.

COLLIN'S BIRTHDAY!!!
We went to Collin's Birthday on Saturday.  It was a really nice day for an outside swimming party.  My brother just bought one of those huge swimming pools and so the kids had fun swimming in that even though it was freezing cold water.
Carter is getting so good at swimming.  I love it.
Macie loved the slip-n-slide.  She spent the entire day running up and down that.
Carter loved the slide too, and he got pretty good at it.
Macie and Sydnee started drinking all the water that was shooting up from the slip-n-slide.
The kids had fun with the pinata.  They are both growing up so fast.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!
Father's Day was really fun.  We went out to my mom and dad's house in the morning and had lunch with my whole side of the family.  It was a lot of fun.  We had hamburgers on the grill that I cooked to give my dad a break because it was Father's Day.  And then the kids swam and ran through the sprinklers and then they played ping pong and the adults just hung out and chatted in the shade.  My mom and dad gave all the Dad's new T-shirts from Sportsman's.  Dave loves the new T-shirts every year.
That night we went to David's mom and dad's house for dinner.  We had ribs and two great salads.  They kids had a lot of fun jumping on the neighbors tramp and playing in their sand box.  I must say that the two kids were super tired by the time we left to come home that they didn't even make down the road before they were both out cold.  What a fun month so far.  And like I said there is still a lot more to come.  We have our Vasas Family Reunion on Friday and then it is off to Park City for a week.  Lots of fun and I am sure lots of pictures to come.
