Random Summer Fun!

We had a lot of fun this last summer.  We were able to go to a couple of Chuckars games this year which the kids always love.
Landon and Daddy enjoying the game!
Landon was entranced with the game.  It was so cute!

Carter played T-ball again this last summer.  He loves playing.  We are all getting excited for this year because he will be starting pitching machine.  Very Fun!!!

Carter lost both his front teeth on the same day.  He was able to put them both under his pillow and the Tooth Fairy left him an extra dollar for loosing both of them on the same day.

There is this new pond close to our house that they have stocked with fish, so Dave and Carter have been going over to it and spending some time fishing.  It is a perfect place to go with the kids plus it takes about 5 minutes to get there.

Just got the cereal

Just fell asleep while eating the cereal

Dave and I picked up a friend for Macie and Carter and we took all of them up to Rexburg to swim in the free water park and have a Got and Ready $5 Little Caesars Pizza.

My Boys!!!

Fourth of July 2012!

This last year on the 4th of July we went to the parade during the day like usual and then we headed out to my mom and dad's house for a BBQ.  It has become our tradition to spend the afternoon out there until it is time to go to the fireworks at night.  Dave had to work this last year so when he got off we met him at the river to eat some dinner and watch the fireworks.  The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays of the year.  I think it is because the weather is usually so nice.  I love summer!
Landon was so cute waving his flag back and forth.

Carter and Macie were sitting in the shade and freezing to death.

Handsome Boy!

He had a death grip on the flag.  It was so cute.

Carter is such a grown up boy.  He loves holidays just like his mom!

All the excitement at the parade tuckered Landon out.  He was asleep by the time we walked back to our house.

Great-Grandpa Birch and Landon were sharing a popsicle!

June 2012

I have finally found a minute to get a little closer to catching up on my blogging.  Here are some of the fun things that happened last June.

Carter and Macie thought it would be fun to have a couple of friends over and then put the TV outside and have a Drive-In Movie.  They then spent the night on the tramp.  Tons of summer fun!

I found Dave and the kids like this one night.  It was so cute.  He loves those kids so much.

Landon and Brynlie are just about the same age but are so very different.  Landon can't sit still and Brynlie would be content to just hang out for a long time in one spot.  But I can already tell that there is a bond forming there.

Binky Babies!

Once he learned how to drink out of a straw there was no stopping him.  It didn't matter whose drink was sitting there, if it had a straw he was trying it out.

This night was T-ball night at the Chuckars game.  Carter got to go out onto the field and run around the entire field.  He thought that was pretty cool.

We had a visit from Steve and Cheri this last summer.  It was fun to see them.  Cheri cracks me up every time I talk to her.  We all got together at Lilac Circle and had fried chicken and chips.  It was a fun time.

While Steve and Cheri were here we also went up to the Rexburg Farmers Market and hung out while Bill and Becky sold their wood fire pizza.  The kids love doing this.  Dave actually works with Bill and Becky.  Landon wasn't about to let Carter get away with eating that pizza all by himself.

Happy Birthday 61st Dad!
Dad and all his grandkids!

Camping at Stoddard Creek
Landon and Brynlie cruising in their cars...

...while Macie and Sydnee dash past them in their Jeep!

Relaxing!!!

Father's Day
Carter made a whole bunch of homemade gifts this year.  It is fun to see him love to give gifts to people.

Macie and Daddy!
Landon is getting so big!

Adorable!!!

And this is what Mommy gave Daddy for Father's Day, The Instant Fisherman.

And finally, Happy Father's Day, Dad!
